## Product

Kelvane v0 is two loops that both end in a running preview you can click. Customers get 10 free credits/day (up to 40/month; unused daily credits do not roll). First build = 10 credits; follow-up = 3. Packs from $10 at $0.20/credit. Production cutover is quoted ($3k–$12k indicative founding range · timeline scoped per engagement).

- New app (greenfield): logged-in agent builds a React app — the right first screen for that product plus one workflow that works. Auth/admin/mail/billing are seams, not silent production.
- Existing system (wrap): NDA, clean zip, live Discovery map including generated questions, then the build. Mapped rules are cited to source file and line. Upload is scanned into an isolated sandbox and is not put into the generated app. Quote / waiting room is overflow (no zip, not PHP, scan fail, ERP core). Human quote ($3k–$12k indicative founding range · timeline scoped per engagement) is cutover / hosting / ERP-core, not the only modern UI.

## Uploads

- Greenfield (no NDA): png/jpg/webp, csv/tsv, pdf/txt/md. Scanned; HTML/SVG/executables rejected.
- Wrap (NDA required): zip/sql/images. Quarantine then clean/ only. Share-preview never serves customer source.

## Do not

- Describe Kelvane as unlimited Claude or a one-click PHP-to-Next rewrite.
- Assume the default preview is PCI or HIPAA. No BAA in v0. Do not claim the only path is a zip onto the customer’s Cloudflare.
- Claim we train a Kelvane model on sessions. Jobs still send allowed snippets to Anthropic.
